Award Winning Church Conversion

Developer Jason Sanchez of Bluewater Builders St Pete LLC, which is converting the church into a single-family house

Among the changes being planned are the addition of a pool, patio and pergola to the north. One of three conditions of the commission’s approval requires that new doors and windows be recessed to match the historical structure, which was built in 1928 and originally was the home of Grace Lutheran Church. Its stained-glass windows are being saved, as well as some of the pews, which will be placed in a breakfast nook and gentleman’s bar.

Contemporary Culinary Haven

Our Contemporary Culinary Haven project is a testament to the transformative power of a well-executed kitchen renovation. We took a traditional kitchen and gave it a sleek, modern twist.

The heart of this kitchen is a stunning waterfall-edge island that serves as both a functional workspace and a social hub. Quartz countertops and minimalist cabinetry create a clean, uncluttered look. High-end stainless steel appliances and under-cabinet lighting add functionality and sophistication.

 

Timeless Elegance Restored

In our White Granite Kitchen project, we embraced the enduring beauty of white granite to create a space that exudes timeless elegance and sophistication.

The star of this kitchen is the pristine white granite countertop that stretches gracefully across the room. Its subtle veining adds depth and character, while the durable surface ensures longevity and easy maintenance.

Crisp, white cabinetry enhances the sense of purity and cleanliness, creating a canvas for a range of design styles, from classic to contemporary. Stainless steel appliances provide a touch of modernity while complementing the natural stone’s elegance.

Versatile Home Office Extension

In our Versatile Home Office Extension project, we created a dedicated workspace that seamlessly integrated into our client’s home. This room addition allowed them to adapt to the demands of remote work with style and functionality.

The addition features large windows that provide ample natural light, making the workspace a pleasant and productive environment. Custom-built shelving and cabinetry offer storage and organization solutions.

Sunlit Master Suite Expansion

Our Sunlit Master Suite Expansion project added a touch of luxury to a family’s home. We extended their living space with a spacious master suite that became their tranquil sanctuary.

Large windows flood the room with natural light, while French doors open onto a private outdoor patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Vaulted ceilings add an airy, open feeling.

The new suite features a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Ample closet space ensures organization and functionality. This project is a testament to how a room addition can transform a home into a personal oasis of comfort and style.

Infinity Oasis Retreat

Our Infinity Oasis Retreat project redefines luxury pool design. Overlooking breathtaking vistas, this infinity-edge pool seamlessly merges with the horizon. The pool’s glass tile interior shimmers like the ocean, creating an illusion of endless water.

Expansive decking and comfortable lounge areas provide space for relaxation and entertainment. The soothing sound of a custom waterfall feature adds an extra layer of tranquility.

The pool’s smart technology allows for easy control of lighting, temperature, and water features. This project is the epitome of modern elegance, offering an unparalleled aquatic experience.

Family Fun Lagoon

Our Family Fun Lagoon project is all about creating the perfect space for family enjoyment. This sprawling pool boasts a spacious shallow area for children to play safely while parents relax nearby.

A vibrant mosaic adds a playful touch to the pool’s interior, and the adjacent hot tub provides year-round relaxation. An expansive patio and outdoor kitchen make it ideal for gatherings and BBQs.

The landscaping includes lush tropical plants, providing a serene backdrop. This pool project epitomizes the concept of a backyard oasis where families can create lasting memories together.

Modern Serenity Retreat

Imagine stepping into a bathroom that feels like a luxurious spa every day. Our Modern Serenity Retreat project achieved just that. By combining sleek, contemporary design elements with natural materials, we transformed a dated bathroom into a tranquil oasis. A freestanding soaking tub takes center stage, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling marble tiles that evoke a sense of opulence. The vanity features clean lines and ample storage, enhancing functionality without sacrificing aesthetics. Soft, ambient lighting adds to the calming ambiance, making this bathroom the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

Timeless Elegance Revival

In this bathroom renovation project, we breathed new life into a classic space while preserving its timeless charm. Our team carefully restored the original elements while upgrading fixtures and materials. The result is a bathroom that effortlessly blends old-world elegance with modern convenience. A clawfoot bathtub stands as a centerpiece, surrounded by custom wainscoting that exudes sophistication.
