Expert General Contractor Serving St Petersburg

Bluewater Builders was founded by Jason Sanchez, a Tampa Bay–area contractor with over a decade of hands-on construction and project-management experience. Jason grew up here. His family has been part of this community for three generations, and that roots-deep connection shapes how he runs every project. When you call Bluewater, you're talking to someone who knows these neighborhoods, knows the local codes, and knows the subcontractors he puts on your job.

Jason started Bluewater Builders with a straightforward goal: deliver high-quality residential work without the runaround. No vague timelines. No surprise invoices. Just clear communication, honest budgeting, and craftsmanship that holds up. That approach has built a loyal base of homeowners and property managers across St. Petersburg, Tampa, Key West, and the surrounding counties.
